Dwayne Johnson formerly known as Rock stumbled upon his biggest fan earlier this week, and he is much grateful to his fate for it. There are countless ways in which Dwayne Johnson can make a grown man cry. For instance, he can gnaw your head in between his Roman columns, ehh, thighs, until you’re drowning in a puddle of your own tears and begging for mercy. He can abandon Ballers, thus disrating your Sunday night Game of Thrones any how, counter-programming to reruns of, Ballers. Nightmare!! isn’t it???
Or, he can straight up just steal your wife.
However, on Wednesday’s episode of The Tonight Show, the movie star showed that there’s much more talent in him which includes turning hulking bros into blubbering man-babies (Awww… much adorable… isn’t it??). The bit commenced when Johnson with his good bud Jimmy Fallon was shooting his show all week long in Orlando at Universal Studios theme park. They decided to run around Universal Studios disguised as mascot versions of themselves, competing to see who can get more hugs from unsuspecting roisterers. Kinda spooky, no??
The Rock was cooking up a surprise. It seemed like an innocent enough idea but after some hugs and high-fives, the pair decided to photo bomb a few of the park’s guests. Tourists had no freaking idea that they were hanging out with actual celebrities. The upshot was supposed to be the reveal that, “Hey look! You’re around famous people! Start freaking out for the camera now!” But, it has never been as good as demonstrated. That is until Wednesday when one of the men photo bombed by the mascots said, “The Rock! My man, my hero since I was like five years old”. The guy at the stage had had no idea the man himself was inside the costume.
When the former pro wrestler revealed himself, the fan immediately burst into tears before embracing Johnson in a giant man-hug.It was when Dwayne said, “No tears,” that the fan revealed a huge tattoo of his hero he had on his leg, and how much the WWE champ meant to him.
Now that’s what you call a staunch and dedicated fan.
