A midst all the hot news and gossips about Trump, spillover from politics, immigration tragedy and what not, I decided to watch, The Walking Dead. The show has got existential dread and some unprecedented turns and twists and what adds cherry to the cake is the story line the show contains.

Season 7, is all about the difficulties of self-governance. The final episode of the week’s finale is all about leadership and based on a case study which demonstrates skills to how to lead and govern.

1) Prepare for the long haul

First scene of “Something They Need” is In Hilltop’s garden. Maagie (Lauren Cohan) comes in contact with a wild blue berry and have a wish of replanting it. Contrast to that, Hilltop leader Gregory (Xander Berkeley), has not trained the community to protect and safeguard themselves from the clash with Negan. Maggie has taken the charge and calmly does all those work and actually kills a couple of walkers for him.

She plays the part of a savior.
