Summers are here and so the heat has taken over. It is very crucial to have proper diet and fluid intake.

Summer could be a great trouble if the dehydration and stomach truama takes over. So maintain a healthy diet and schedule to keep up with the pace.

To help with the diet, you can have these things…

1. Curd/ yogurt

It is an excellent cooling substance. You can have icy spicy buttermilk, lassi or fruit raita.
You can also add bottlegourd to the curd (if it gives you delight).
